- Applicants must be at least 18 years old. (Supplementary Card Applicants less than 18 years of age, studying overseas must provide supporting documents)
- Supplementary card applicants must be working or residing in Singapore.
- Document to submit:
For Singaporeans & PRs: Copy of Basic Cardmember's AND Supplementary Card Applicant’s NRIC (both sides).
For Foreigners: Copy of Basic Cardmember's AND Supplementary Card Applicant's Passport PLUS Supplementary Card Applicant's Valid Dependant's / Employment / Visit or S Pass (both sides).
- Fees for charge and credit cards are $70 and $80 respectively.
