(Diners Club Card required to enrol for Auto-Billing Service)
  1. Only completed Enrolment Form will be processed. Diners Club reserves the right to cancel incomplete forms upon 1 month of receipt or such other periods as it may determine from time to time.
  2. a. Your Diners Club Card must be valid and your Diners Club Account must be current at the date of enrolment. 

    b. Successful enrolment is subject to approval from Metro Parking and Diners Club.
  3. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for the processing of your enrolment.
  4. Please continue to pay your bills direct to Metro Parking until you have been informed of the approval or see the amount due to Metro Parking reflected on your Diners Club Card monthly statement.
  5. Please inform Metro Parking in writing should you wish to terminate this payment instruction. Your termination of this payment instruction does not terminate the Card Membership Agreement between you and Diners Club.
  6. In the event of any change in your Diners Club Card number including a replacement Card, you should give immediate written notification about such changes to Metro Parking so as to continue this payment arrangement.
  7. a. If you cancel or lose your Diners Club Card and no replacement has been issued to you or if Diners Club should cancel your Card or if any such payment charged to your Diners Club Card is not successful for whatsoever reasons, you are responsible to make alternative payment arrangement with Metro Parking immediately. 

    b. Diners Club disclaims any liability for any interest levied on you by Metro Parking due to your failure to make alternative payment arrangement with Metro Parking regardless of whatsoever reasons.
  8. Diners Club is not liable for any loss, expenses, delays, mistakes, neglect or omission in the transmission of payment under the Diners Club Autobilling Service or for any unsuccessful payment due to whatsoever reasons.
  9. You warrant that the personal information and vehicle details provided herein are true and correct and authorize Diners Club to verify the information in this form and expressly consent to have your personal particulars with Diners Club updated with the information provided herein which will supersede all previous information.
  10. If there is any change in your personal or vehicle details provided herein which is different from that in Metro Parking’s records, please ensure that such changes are updated with Metro Parking.
  11. Diners Club reserves the right at its absolute discretion from time to time without notice to add, vary, amend and/or delete any of these Auto-Billing Service terms and conditions.
