Terms & Conditions • Promotion is valid from 01 December 2009 till 28 February 2010 • Valid for Diners Club Cards issued in Singapore only • Valid for Personal cards only; Corporate, TMP and lodge accounts are not included • Valid for purchases charged to your Diners Club Credit / Charge Card during the promotion period • AXS Payments (ie. IRAS, Insurance, CPF, Town Council, Hospital, Telecommunications, etc), Cash Advance, ReadyCa$h, Road Tax, recurring charges & existing instalment charges, annual fees, finance and other fees and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the promotion • Redemption is strictly per cardmember per NRIC only • Main and supplementary card transactions cannot be combined • Redemption form and original charge slips are to be sent to Diners Club latest by 5 March 2010 • There’s no limit to the number of redemptions as long as cardmember meets the spend requirement during the promotion period, except for redemption of the Lifespa voucher, which is not valid for subsequent redemptions • Charge slips can only be used once regardless of any promotion • Only accounts that are valid and non-delinquent over the entire promotion period and at the time of fulfillment will be eligible for the gift • Diners Club reserves the right to charge the full retail value of the gift should the card transaction be cancelled, void or the redemption repeated • Diners Club reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms & conditions without prior notice or liability to any person • In the event of any dispute, Diners Club decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained • For a complete version of the T&C and to download the redemption form, please visit www.diners.com.sg
