1. Why are Discover Network and PULSE Marks on the back of my Card?

  2. In July 2008, Diners Club International® was acquired by Discover Financial Services. As a result, all Diners Club Cards are now warmly accepted at millions of merchant locations displaying the Discover Network Acceptance Mark in the U.S. In addition, Diners Club Cardmembers will have access to ATMs via the PULSE Network in the U.S.

    All new Diners Club Cards will display Discover Network and PULSE Marks on the back of the card; and are warmly welcomed at all merchants and ATMs bearing these marks.

  3. Are there global acceptance changes to my Diners Club Card after January 2009?

  4. Your card will function just as it does on the global Diners Club International merchant network.

  5. Can I use my Diners Club Card at Discover Network Merchants now?

  6. From October 2009, all Discover Network Merchants worldwide will warmly welcome your Diners Club Card.

  7. When can I use my card at PULSE ATMs?

  8. You can withdraw cash at ATMs displaying Diners Club International or PULSE Marks from 30 June 2009. Click here to view terms and conditions or to locate more than 1 million ATMs and cash access locations in more than 185 countries worldwide.

  9. Will my card look different?

  10. The front of your card will remain the same, however, your new Diners Club Card will include Discover Network and PULSE Marks on the back.1

  11. Can I use my existing PIN?

  12. There are no changes to PINs regardless of where the ATM transaction takes place.
