By applying for the ReadyCash facility, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

1. Terms used in these Terms and Conditions and not otherwise defined have the meaning given them (if any) in the terms and conditions governing Diners Club credit cards and charge cards ("Card Terms and Conditions").
2. ReadyCash is a funds transfer facility offered to all basic Cardholders (excluding those holding a Corporate Centralised Card, Company Card, Lodged Card, and Test Card).
3. In these Terms and Conditions, "you" and "your" shall refer to the person who has applied for the ReadyCash facility.
4. ReadyCash is open to any basic Cardholder whose Card Account is in good standing as determined by Diners Club.
5. You may apply for the ReadyCash facility subject to the amount as specified by Diners Club.
6. The ReadyCash amount must be in Singapore dollars.
7. Diners Club may reject the ReadyCash application at its sole discretion without assigning any reason therefore.
8. All ReadyCash applications shall be irrevocable upon disbursement of the approved amount.
9. Upon Diners Club's approval of the ReadyCash application, the whole approved amount shall be credited to the bank account held by you as specified in the application.
10. You shall repay the ReadyCash amount in monthly instalments. For ease of calculation, the cents will be rounded up and added to the first instalment and the remaining amount will be billed in equal instalments.
11. A non-refundable Processing Fee of 6% of the ReadyCash amount is charged and debited to the Card Account for each successful ReadyCash application.
12. The available overall limit on your Card Account will be provisionally reduced by a blocking out of the approved ReadyCash amount, plus the processing fee amount; and will be progressively restored by the monthly amount payment received by Diners.
13. Interest on the ReadyCash facility calculated at a rate specified by Diners Club from time to time shall be payable on the approved amount. The interest payable shall be added to the approved ReadyCash amount to determine the amount(s) payable for each monthly instalment, based on the number of monthly instalments indicated on the application form.
14. Both the Processing Fee amount and each instalment amount will be billed to the Card Account. These amounts will be treated in the same manner as a charge arising from a Card Transaction in respect of your Card Account, in respect of which Diners Club will send you monthly statements.
15. The amount is payable in accordance with the relevant Card Terms and Conditions governing the Card Account.
16. If, during the instalment repayment period, your Card Account is terminated by you or Diners Club for any reason, the balance instalment amounts outstanding shall immediately become due and payable.
17. Any early repayment of ReadyCash and/or Card Account cancellation, either by you or Diners Club, is subject to an administration fee of S$150.
18. Diners Club shall be entitled without notice to vary, alter and amend these Terms and Conditions and/or include new terms and conditions at its discretion and such variation, alteration, amendment and/or inclusion shall be effective on the date indicated by Diners Club.
19. The ReadyCash facility is also subject to the Card Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between the Card Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
20. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Singapore law and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
