With effect from 25 Oct 2021, the following clauses in our Cards Terms and Conditions have been amended.
“Basic Cardholder” is the person in whose name the Card Account is maintained or in the case of a Corporate Card, the person who is authorised to incur charges on the Card Account on behalf of the Corporate Member.
“Card” means a Diners Club Credit Card and, as the context requires, any numbers or details that allow use of the card without it being presented and any numbers or details that we provide instead of a physical card and includes any card issued in replacement or renewal thereof.
“Corporate Card” is a Card issued pursuant to a corporate account application form. The Card Account is in the name of the Corporate Member.
“Corporate Member” is the business (such as a company, sole trader or partnership) in whose name the Card Account is maintained when the Card Account was opened pursuant to a corporate account application form.
“Statement” means the monthly or other periodic statement which we issue to the Basic Cardholder or, when the Card is a Corporate Card, the holder of the Corporate Card or the Corporate Member in the case where the Corporate Card is issued under Corporate liability.
“Supplementary Cardholder” is the person other than a Basic Cardholder to whom a Card (other than a Corporate Card) is issued and whose Transactions are debited to the Card Account.
“You” and “your” means the Basic Cardholder and, unless it is not appropriate, the Supplementary Cardholder. If the Card is a Corporate Card it means the person who holds the Corporate Card and the Corporate Member.

The minimum payment is determined based on the outstanding Card balance:

With effect from 10 May 2021, the 4th point in our Cash Rebate for CASHBACK Cardmembers Terms and Conditions have been amended to: #For the purpose of computing the cash rebate(s) eligibility of the CM based on such CM’s spendings, the following charges and/or fees and/or entries as reflected in the monthly SoA for the promotion period shall not be classified as spendings of the CM: a) Entrance and/ or subscription and/or renewal fees; b) Service charges and/or late payment charges; c) All disputed charges unresolved as at DCS’s processing date of the monthly SoA during the promotion period; d) All debit and credit journal entries; e) Casino/access charges and/or cheque encashing charges; f) Stolen/lost/fraud Card charges; g) AXS bill payments; h) Road Tax payment; i) All transactions at LTA; j) All transactions at Singapore Post; k) 0% Interest-free Instalment Payment Plan (also known as BNPL, or Buy-Now- Pay-Later); l) ReadyCA$H; m) DCA$H; n) Balance Transfer; o) transactions made with Esso Fleet Card (EFC).

With effect from 1 Dec 2020, point 2 in our Spend & Win Lucky Draw with Isetan, Best Denki and Mustafa Terms and Conditions have been amended to: 2. All Diners Club Singapore (‘DCS’) Basic Cardholders including Discover cardholders whose charge/credit card accounts are in good standing as determined by DCS in its absolute discretion will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw. The definition of Basic cardholder provided in the Terms and Conditions of Issuance of Diners Club charge/credit cards apply herein. Lodge account, Travel Management Program, SME Corporate Card Accounts and Corporate Auto-Billing Program will be excluded from the lucky draw.

With effect from 1st March 2020, Diners Club (S) Pte Ltd will cease to accept Cash Payment at our Customer Service counter, as part of the Government’s Smart Nation initiative to move towards a cashless society. Payments can be conveniently made via these channels.
With effect from 01 Mar 2020, our office will be closed on Saturdays.
Diners Club Basic Cardholder and S$500 Limit Cardholder will be entitled to enjoy one (1) complimentary visit per customer per calendar year to any of our participating Airport Lounges around the world. Subsequent visits and Supplementary Cardholders (if any) who used his/her own card for admission, will be charged a fixed rate of S$34 plus tax per visit. Lounge access for Cardholder's guest(s) are charged to the Cardholder's account at the prevailing rate of that Airport Lounge.
An ATM Admin Fee may be levied by DBS/POSB for ATM Cash Advance withdrawal with your Diners Club Card. You will be advised of the fee when you perform the ATM Cash withdrawal.
Please be informed that the term 'administration fee' appearing in the Terms & Conditions for DCA$H, ReadyCA$H and Buy-Now-Pay Later (BNPL) programs is now known as 'Early Repayment Fee'.
