To apply for the acceptance of Diners Club Card, you can phone us at 6416 0991 between 9.00am to 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday or call 1800-2927055 after office hour.

Manual

• Check for the Card’s validity date.
• Obtain an Authorisation Approval Code from Diners Club Authorisation Dept (Tel No: 1800-2927055). Make sure that the approval code number is clearly written onto the appropriate column of the Sales Draft.
• Verify the cardmember’s signature on the Sales Draft matches with the signature on the back of the card.
• Return the card and cardmember’s copy of Sales Draft.

Electronic

• Make sure that your EDC terminal is properly programmed to read Diners Club card. If not, please call 6416 0991.
• Simply insert the card through your terminal.
• Make sure that the printout from EDC terminal has the following information :
  • Authorisation Approval Code Number
  • Diners Club Merchant Number
  • Purchase Amount
  • Date of Transaction
  • Cardmember Account Number and expiry date
• Verify the cardmember’s signature matches with the signature on the back of the card.
