Qualifying Period/Charges

1. The Qualifying Period for the Charge & Win Bonanza (the “Promotion”) is from 1 December 2020 to 30 November 2021 (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Only qualifying charges posted to the statement of the account of the Qualifying Accounts during the Promotion Period are eligible.

Eligibility

1. Qualifying Accounts means:
   1. Card Account as defined in Diners Club (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“DCS”) Terms and Conditions of Diners Club charge, credit or $500 limit cards, whose Card Account are in good standing as determined by DCS in its absolute discretion are eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws
2. The following categories are not eligible for the Lucky Draws:
   1. all holders of Corporate Auto-Billing Program, Lodge Card Program, SME Corporate Card Accounts and Travel Management Program;
   2. all employees of Johan Holdings Berhad, DCS and Diners World Travel Pte Ltd, and their immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents and siblings);
   3. any persons directly involved in the Lucky Draws (including auditors and judges).

Qualifying charges that award Lucky Draw chances

3. For Qualifying Account:
   1. For every minimum of S$100 spend per transaction : 1 lucky draw chance to win the $50K cash and 2 lucky draw chances to win $300 vouchers.
   2. For every minimum spend of $50 per transaction : 1 lucky draw chance to win $300 vouchers.
   3. For every new unique CM approved and with at least 1 transaction of minimum $50 within the first 30 days : 10 chances to win the $300 vouchers.

   DCS reserves the absolute right to change the basis of awarding Lucky Draw chances to Qualifying Account by increasing the Lucky Draw chances by any other means (including but not limited to spin the wheel promotions etc.) at its discretion without prior notice.

4. All Lucky Draw chances for Qualifying Account will be awarded based on each statement date for the month.
5. The following shall not be entitled to the Lucky Draw chances:
   1. acceleration of any payment plan amount, including Buy Now Pay Later charges;
   2. all debit and credit journal entries
   3. refunds and void charges
   4. all unresolved disputed charges
   5. casino entrance, levy charges
   6. entrance fee, finance charges, interest fee, late payment fee, processing fee, renewal fee, subscription fee and all other fees charged by DCS
   7. stolen,lost and/or fraud charges.
   8. charges identified as illegal under the law
6. For clarity, a Card Account renewed during the Promotion Period is not considered as a new unique DCS card member and will not be awarded the 10 Lucky Draw chances.
7. A new unique DCS card member who had resigned six months prior to rejoin will not be awarded the 10 Lucky Draw chances.
8. The Lucky Draw chances are not transferable.
9. Any Qualifying Account withdrawing or resigning from membership whether voluntarily or have their membership cancelled by Diners Club Singapore for any reason whatsoever at any time during the Promotion Period and up to the date of the Lucky Draw shall automatically forfeit their rights to the Lucky Draw even though the Lucky Draw chances had been assigned to them.
10. DCS reserves the right at any time to withdraw, cancel or invalidate the number of excess or additional Lucky Draw chances assigned to the Qualifying Account due to any type of mistake.

Lucky Draw dates and prizes

11. There will be four Lucky Draws to be conducted at DCS’s office (located at 7500E Beach Road #03-201 The Plaza Singapore 199595) on the following dates (the “Lucky Draw(s)”):

    • 1st Lucky Draw – 9 April 2021 (Qualifying period : 1 Dec 2020 to 28 Feb 2021)
      Prizes: $10,800 vouchers (36 winners x $300 voucher)

    • 2nd Lucky Draw – 9 July 2021 (Qualifying period : 1 Mar 2021 to 31 May 2021)
      Prizes: $10,800 vouchers (36 winners x $300 voucher)

    • 3rd Lucky Draw – 8 October 2021 (Qualifying period : 1 Jun 2021 to 31 Aug 2021)
      Prizes: $10,800 vouchers (36 winners x $300 voucher)

    • 4th Lucky Draw (Grand Draw) – 14 January 2022 (Qualifying period : 1 Sep 2021 to 30 Nov 2021)
      Prizes: $10,800 vouchers (36 winners x $300 voucher) and the Grand Prize of $50,000 Cash

    Lucky Draw chances that are not picked for the current Lucky Draw prize will be snowballed to the next Lucky Draw.

12. The Qualifying Account must be current as determined by DCS at its discretion at the date of the Lucky Draws in order to be proclaimed as the winners of the prizes selected for that specific Lucky Draw.
13. The prizes unclaimed after a period of 2 months from the date of the Lucky Draw will be donated to an assigned charitable organisation and DCS shall not entertain any claim for the prizes from the winners thereafter.
14. The prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and not refundable in cash.
15. The winners of the Lucky Draws are obliged to participate in DCS’s publicity materials pertaining to the Lucky Draws after the results have been announced.
16. The Lucky Draw winners will be notified by post and the results published in DCS updates, DCS website and the local newspaper.

General

17. DCS’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Promotion shall be final and no appeals will be entertained. DCS shall not be obligated to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Promotion.
18. By participating in the Promotion, each Participant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his/her personal data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants, by DCS for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, communicative and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation except where prohibited by law.
19. DCS reserves the right to vary, modify, revise, add or delete any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions, modify or withdraw the Promotion including terminating, shortening, extending or withdrawing the Promotion and/or changing the Lucky Draw dates and/or substituting, withdrawing or adding to the Lucky Draw prize(s) with any other item (which may or may not be of equivalent or similar value), at any time without prior notice or reason.
20. In the event of any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
21. A person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms and Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.
22. These Promotion Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
