  1. What is Online Statement?

    Online Statement is an electronic version of your Diners Club Statement of Account. You can conveniently view your billed and unbilled Statements online anytime.

  2. Do I need to opt in for the Online Statement?

    No, this service is automatically available to all Cardmembers issued with a Diners Club Basic Card in Singapore, and it is free of charge. For confidentiality, Supplementary Cardmembers are excluded from this service.

  3. How do I access to my Online Statement?

    Visit our website at www.dinersclub.com.sg. To log-in, you will just need to key-in: a. The first 4 and last 4 digits of your Diners Club card number; b. Your Date of Birth in YYYYMMDD format; and c. Your registered mobile phone number - to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for 2-factor authentication (2FA)

  4. How do I change / update my registered mobile phone number for accessing my Online Statement?

    Visit our website at www.dinersclub.com.sg, click on the “Contact Us” button and then click on the “Change of Contact Details” button to make your request. It will take one working day to effect the change; otherwise call our Customer Service at: 6571 0128 (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-9pm; Sat/Sun/PH: 9am-6pm) if you need speedier action.

  5. What is available in the Online Statement?

    Your Adobe Acrobat Reader software lets you view, print and save your past 3 months Statement of Accounts. You can also view your unbilled current month’s posted transactions.

  6. Can I view my past Statements online?

    You can view your Statements dated up to 3 months ago. Please call our Customer Service at 6571 0128 (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-9pm; Sat/Sun/PH: 9am-6pm) if you need your other Statement beyond 3 months.

  7. Will I still receive paper Statements via postal mail from now on?

    Yes, you will continue to receive your monthly paper Statement if you have card transactions for the month. If you wish to stop receiving them, please call our Customer Service at: 6571 0128 (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-9pm; Sat/Sun/PH: 9am-6pm).

  8. Are my Online Statements secured?

    Yes, access to your Online Statement requires keying-in your card number (first 4 and last 4 digits), date of birth (YYYYMMDD) and registered mobile phone number. After which, a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile phone for 2-factor authentication (2FA). To protect your data, we secure all information using our industry’s leading encryption technology.

  9. Why I am not able to access my Online Statement?

    Please call our Customer Service at 6571 0128 (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-9pm; Sat/Sun/PH: 9am-6pm) if you encounter any problem.
